La Brava, a locally run restaurant in the Southside of Glasgow, requested a custom-design website that was easy to both use and update. Their brand presence on the internet was lacking and required a boost in order to increase customer engagement and help to increase business activity. QUANTIFY THIS looked at the options available and provided a website based on open source technologies that was easy to use and easy to find support for. Since the launce, the website traffic has increased and they are begining to see customer engagement increase through the use of traditional contact methods as well as the customer feedback survey.
